This week we chat with psychological well-being practitioner and CBT therapist Tuba Ahmed. We talk at length about the benefits of talk therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as really delving into the practical methods that can help relieve mental suffering. Tuba talks about her career path and describes how she navigated her way to her current role; a role that she finds deeply fulfilling and sees as helping her to serve her purpose. We also discuss upbringing, community, faith and religion and how they impacted Tuba’s life purpose and path. This episode really touched on issues that we may all encounter in our lives. It was a wonderful uplifting discussion on well-being, the mind and discovering purpose.
